Undergraduate Admission to a Closed Class Policy
A student desiring entrance into a
"closed" class must obtain permission from the department head in consultation with the faculty in the
school offering the course. After
the dean’s maximum is met, the department head will consult with the faculty
member and seek approval from the dean as necessary.
Undergraduate Admission to a Closed Class Procedure
Complete the Special Permission Form available from
the respective academic department head. After consulting with faculty and
approval of the department head, the student presents the signed form to the Colonial Hub for processing and registration.
