UNDERGRADUATE COURSEWORK PREREQUISITES POLICY Course Prerequisite Policy
Coursework prerequisites are provided to students
as a guide to the sequence of courses which an instructor will assume a student
has successfully completed.
Course
prerequisites will not be considered as "met" if the checksheet
standards have not been met. Specifically, if a student earns a "D"
grade in a course which requires a "C" grade or higher for
graduation, the course will not satisfactorily meet prerequisite requirements
in order to advance to the next level of coursework. ProcedureA student who requests a waiver must provide satisfactory evidence to the department head in order to have the prerequisite waived or may be required to take additional more advanced coursework.
